Unreal time to build?

Has anybody else seen something like this? 16 days from ‘In Production’ to ‘Built’. It did go to the mod center and seems to have spent a long time in QA: maybe they found a problem?

Oh well, now the wait for delivery starts!

could depend on your options, spray in bed liner, extra options, quality checks, etc. and sadly the status page is well known to be not very up-to-date/accurate.

Yeah, I knew the Berliner required a trip to mod center. No other options were ordered.

Agree. The tracker is not really accurate as your truck maybe right at the delivery station maybe 1 to 2 hours away but your dealer wants to have multiple cars on the transport before having them all delivered to its dealership. This throws of the estimated delivery date that the tracker shows. In my opinion the 1500 destination fee should guarantee the est. delivery date.

The tracker showed my Lariat "in production" starting 2/25 and "built" on 3/7. I had called Ford customer service during this time lag and was also told my truck was in the mod center. I had heard that in early 2025, spray in bed liners were a big hold up. I'm still waiting on "shipped" as of 3/11. I just want my truck in the USA before tariffs hit.

Mine spent 14 days from production to built. Then shipped the next day or 2. 2-1/2 weeks later, I was picking it up at the dealer, 10+ days before Ford had it being delivered. Good luck on the tariffs.

Lariat Hybrid AWD, only option is rubber mats, no carpet.

Was in production from 2/27 - 3/9. So that aligns exactly with yours. Now in Built status and before, it was showing delivery estimate to MD 3/27 - 4/2. But that's been removed and now the tracker is highlighting the "Order Received" step. But also showing timeline all the way to Built.

Tracker is just busted IMO.

It updated late last night... now showing shipped. Slightly later delivery estimate than it was showing prior.
