I can't seem to figure out how to create an account for the United road logistics site. I pinched in my vin to their delivery receipt tracker and I have a load number but no delivery confirmation. Can someone with access run my vin and let me know if there is any more detailed info? The vin is (removed) The main reason I ask is because I sold my car and am just preparing for how long I may not have a car. Thanks

It says inactive. That probably means the rail car hasn’t arrived yet- mine said the same until it arrived at the depot two days ago. You can get in customer service chat on ford.com and they should have your rail car number and maybe some more info about where your truck is right now.

when did it ship?

I received the notification on the 23rd that it shipped. But received a call from my salesman on the 25th that he was expecting it Tuesday. My delivery range is april 16-22. So this would be super early and I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. The optimistic side of me is thinking that since I have a load number from united that I'm not too far off from receiving the truck, but that could just be wishful thinking

Yeah I don’t think the train arriving within just a few days is realistic. If it were at the depot awaiting a truck to transport, it wouldn’t say “inactive”. I’d get on the ford customer service chat and see what they say if you’re really dying to know

Yea I agree that a few days is way too quick. The only thing that's throwing me off is the salesman telling me it will be in this week lol. Thanks for looking into it
