Tracking system…:is it real?

When I click on show my window sticker on tracker it says it’s not ready yet, but I was able to get it using a different link. I don’t know what to believe or what is real. My build week was supposed to be last week and it says it’s in production since the 11th. There has to be a way to access what is being made at the plant on any particular day. That information has to exist. Help.

The tracker link seems to never work - most of us have to use the other link. There's also not much information about what is going on at the plant. Only your dealer can give you a bit more in depth info (though some folks have had luck with Ford chat).

Window sticker is anywhere from a few days to over a week before you're acutally built. I was scheudled 12/11 and my truck just was built yesterday (showing in the tracker as 12/19, modules popped on Monday).

Yeah there’s zero movement on the module link for me but then again I’ve read that for some nothing ever populated there. I’m probably just being impatient but I’m getting frustrated with the not being able to get information that. I know exists. The plant has to know what lot numbers and vins they are working with On any given day!

Mine went into production on 11/30 and has sat on that day up to today 12/20. Modules are all turned on. My understanding is that since they revd up the production …transportation is having a hard time to cope. Good news is these mavericks go through Nogales not text so the boarder is open

Chat and tracker are the same and it’s way behind. Marketing can help with possible ETA . Even with all this delay in the tracker my eta has not changed.

this is a hot mess and very frustrating but stay the course because they are build a ton each week !

My truck had a build week of 11/13. Tracker STILL says in production 11/16. Every attempt to get better information has lead me to believe my build is in fact complete, but my truck is parked at the factory, waiting to be loaded on a train, and this is now more than a month waiting for the train. Super frustrating, especially when you see others report their truck was built last week and has been shipped out on the train already.

If you were asking me, mine is still in production since 11/16 according to the tracker.

I have thus far found the tracker next to worthless. Mine was scheduled to build on 11/20 and since then the tracker has not updated or let me get my window sticker. I called my dealer a week ago and he told me the truck was built and sent me my sticker. I have no idea when it will get here though.

I used the module link last week and didn't see anything. Then yesterday, during the night, the modules populated.

Just because information exists doesn't mean Ford is going to give you that info.

Until your truck is actually built, the tracker info is buggy, and may change multiple times. Once it shows shipped, it's a pretty good bet it's on the way.

Mine showed Built ~Aug 22 and Shipped ~Aug 23. It went by rail, then sat in a rail yard for ~3 weeks, before it showed up at my dealer and I took delivery October 2nd.

Patience.

Yes! I did a recall search on my VIN and the turn signal recall is on my truck. Hoping now that the programming fix is available, it will be updated and cleared soon and shipped!!!
