I have Firestone Destination AT2 in 235/65 r17 and they have been fantastic.

My wife has a Bronco Sport and just ordered Falken Wildpeak A/T Trails in 235/65 r17.

Another good option would be Cooper Discoverer Road + Trail AT

The best non AT tire would be Michelin Cross Climate 2

I believe the OEM on the FX4 is the Pirelli Scorpion ATR in 225/65R17. I have a ‘26 EB XLT FX4 on order at present and will likely switch them out to Toyo Open Country A/T 3 when the time comes. Same size, more aggressive tread, 3 Peak Snow, and almost same weight.

I got a really good deal on a set of Uniroyal Laredo ATs on tire rack. Look 100 times better than the pirellis.

What size Toyo OC A/T3 are you running now…the 245/65R17? Any rubbing with the additional width? Are you happy with them so far?
My Grabbers are 225/65/17 same as oem. They are more aggressive and good off road with a good sidewall when airing down. They pretty quiet and good on the highway. I also had them previous on my Escape. They are good in the snow too.
