9/3/21 placed order with dealership Wright Ford in Redmond, OR
10/21/21 email from Ford re FITS kit to be included
3/18/22 email from Ford re delay with order, but order is confirmed
4/26/22 email from Ford that "we're still working on your Maverick order"
6/29/22 email from Ford about options causing delay, but no info on what specific options were the problem. I wanted what I picked, so didn't try to adjust and was pretty much giving up on a 22 ford. Maybe next year.
9/2/22 WOW email from Ford that we're "scheduled for production"
9/16/22 email from Ford that "your vehicle has been built"
9/19/22 email from Ford that "vehicle is on its way"
10/5/22 surprise call from dealer that Maverick was there. This was late in the day so we checked it out, drove it, and started some paperwork to finance with our credit union.
10/6/22 paid for and picked up our Maverick
