Tailgate rubbing bumper can it be adjusted

Received 24 xl hybrid about a month ago, asked dealer to look at where the right side tailgate is in contact with bumper on passenger side. Not touching on driver's side. Gap at top of tailgate is slightly less on passenger side versus driver side. They sent off pics to Ford but no response after 30 days. Is this normal for a Ford response?

Thanks for the link. I saw that one. I have forwarded to the dealer via email. His was in and out on position mine is more side to side but it definitely helps.

They sent it to their body shop guy down the street. I don't know what exactly they did but spacing is equal now on both sides.

I have this issue on my ‘24 XLT BAP and it has caused paint to come off in the corner of the tailgate. Is this something that would be covered by warranty?
