Six months after ordering two Mavericks (XLT), no word on anything -- except from my dealership dissing Ford and Ford dissing the dealerships. I'm just trying to figure out when we might get one of these trucks -- we have some vehicles that are getting old. But what is wrong with this picture? The Ford marketing people tell me the dealers are clueless, and my dealer is telling me that Ford has completely dropped the ball. HEY FORD, this is no way to run a railroad.
I understand the circumstances in our world -- supply chain issues, etc. -- but the message is clear to me when Ford corporate and its dealerships are dissing each other. What a joke. And, I firmly believe, neither give a crap about the customer. I really believe that.
