I've tried, but my salesman has been less than helpful. Ford Chat referred me back to my dealer. Hopefully I won't have to worry about it much longer!

Stuck "In production" for 2 weeks and 6 days

So now it's back to "Order Confirmed" lol. Gotta love it!Did you get the "built" email? I am in same position as you where my built date on the tracker is 1/30/2023 with GREEN dot. I also got the built email. But since its not "checked mark" dot, I am wondering if its really built. Also last updated date changed from 1/30 to 2/4 but nothing changed
