I ordered my hybrid truck 9/13/21 & it was changed to a 23. It was completed 1/23/23, but still not shipped 2/16 really!!!

Is the status Released to shipping? Did you have options that required third party installation after it was built? Lots of orders have taken time to get loaded on a train and time to transport.

I feel your pain! Mine took 16 months. I just got it yesterday. Shipping took a month from western Mexico to east coast. I worked for a trucking company, and I have to say the railroad tracking system is horrible. Good luck I hope you get results soon!
