Softtopper & Third Brake Light?

anyone with a soft topper add a third brake light to it? if so how and pics please. Its the only thing that makes me hesitant to install it on my truck....

I was hoping for a reply because I was wondering the same thing. I plan on getting one in the next week. Can anyone say where I should get the power for a third brake light? From the trailer connection, the original 3rd brake?
bestopper (who owns soft topper) has a 3rd brake light and they have an interchangeable tonneau cover. But they don’t make it for the Maverick yet

actually Bestopper does have one for the Mav its just not in their web site catalog yet. If I had known about that one I probably would've gotten it instead of my softopper.

Sorry to bump a one year old thread guys, but did either of you have any luck with wiring a third brake light for your softopper? I feel like the best option is finding a way into the cab from the bed and pulling down the headliner to connect into the main third brake light.
