Quick question on the Fordpass rewards points.

I realized a bit ago that I am sitting on 44,881 ford pass points, and have been trying to figure out what I could use them on beyond maintenance and services.

If the information I found online is correct, that should be 448.81 right?

There is a dash cam that I had been contemplating on getting for my Maverick on the Ford Accessory page. Would this be something eligible for using the points to purchase? Will they let me use enough points to cover the cost?

I am assuming from what I have found online that I need to order through the dealership?

Just slightly confused on how and what I can redeem them on.

It would be about $220 (divide by 200). Currently you can only order accessories through the dealer. There was a release note sent to dealers that the ford site was going to start taking points as well, but they delayed that.

Thanks! The conversion from ford pass points to $ was gathered from another Ford site, which was apparently wrong. Good to know the correct number before I go in to purchase the Dash cam.

No, the cheapest tonneau is a roll up and is $389. 42k points is only $210

Dropped into my local dealer on my way home from the office, and what do you know, they had the dash cam I wanted on hand, and I used the points. Thanks for the answers. pretty simple transaction. Now to find time to install it.

I was just tooling around on Fords site, and it appears that just changed. The site lists the point requirement to purchase, still cant checkout with points, but it lists them on the site under the price.

I just paid in points this morning on the website. It’s working now.

I used my points on a Perimeter Plus Alarm. Bought from Fairway Ford over the phone and they let me use my points, ask for Nate.

Cheaper than the dealer or Ford website as well.
