This model does not have a traditional temp gauge for some reason. There are 5 tiny bars that will illuminate as the engine gets hotter. At first, and most of the time, just the first bar illuminates and stays there for some time. Other bars lite as the engine warms up. There is a vertical bar to the right of the first bar, and subsequent bars are all to the right. I have no idea what the first vertical bar means. Also, I have tried reading the Owner's Manual on the Temp Guage and the meaning of the bars as they relate to the actual temperature of the engine, but no luck. There is nothing in the OM that discusses the temp guage and nothing that discusses guages in general. Am I missing it or just dumb?? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
