Fordpass Rewards department escalated my ticket for missing new vehicle rewards and evidently they had another bug recently. My 30 days was last week no points ever came evidently they had a bug that the rewards automatically credited to maintenance contracts for some people. The issue with this is supposedly they can't fix it from Fordpass Rewards HQ and directed me to have the dealer refund the contract back to fordpass rewards which they are supposed to be aware of. My sales manager didn't seem to know anything about it but will look into it when he is in next. If you are past 30 days recently and haven't seen your rewards I would call them and have them check into it for you also 833-385-0516
