Private offer snafu at Granger Motors

Just picked up my Truck from Granger yesterday. I had the $1750 private offer (I had called ford marketing and got my private offer "code" and emailed that to Granger a number of weeks ago) and also had farm bureau- joined in November 2022- (printed off 2022 and 2023 forms and emailed both of them to Granger prior to pickup). Both rebates were honored. Amazing experience at Granger. In and out in around 20 minutes.

That was not my experience !

Ford should help us both out. I have no offer and I should, the dealer said they would check on it but I have no hope Of getting it.ordered Nov 9 2021.

Imy original order was the same exact date. My truck has shipped and will be here soon. Having trouble getting my private offer certificate also . Dealer hasn't been much help

In certain instances there are issues with these certificates both working together. In this case, the rebate was qualified for on the protected date for one of the rebates and the other rebates are qualified on the Ford date. In situations like this, we will honor 1 rebate, apply for the exception on the second and when/if Ford approves it we'll cut the check to the customer for the rebate. We have no guarantee that Ford will approve it, so we don't honor the pricing until we've been reimbursed by Ford.

Thanks for doing your best with getting these rebates applied. It seems like Ford makes this more complicated than it needs to be. You guys definitely go above and beyond what the average dealership does for it's customers. Have a nice weekend!
