Villa Ford in Orange off 55 and Lincoln is best services I ever had from a dealer. Rumor has it that CM are scummy dealers. Choose wisely.

Actually just got mine back from Villa.

I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

Got my recalls done plus the tsb's for deep sleep and grabby brakes done.

Gave me a brand new Explorer to drive for the 5 days they had it. It would've been done in 2 but had to order the weather stripping on top of cab that had some rabbit ears sticking up.

When you say "servicing" do you mean "Quick Lane" oil change and tire service? Or are you talking about doing warranty repairs?

Servicing encompasses all phases: warranty or customer pay .... be it maintenance or recalls.

Hybrid - Yes.
Mileage? Depends on how hard I want to press the pedal.

Been averaging about 42-45 on the Hwy driving about 23-24 miles back n forth between where I live and Knott's Berry Farm. Drive covers 4 freeways (as Californians say it): 405, 55, 5, 91 to KBF (eliminate 91 when I visit Disneyland). I'm retired, so 2023 is theme parks and museums.

really appreciate this feedback, i'm not local to Villa but I've been looking for the best dealership in a driveable radius for the recalls and TSB since I read horror stories on this forum from people whose dealers had no idea what they were doing and took their Mav for 2 weeks to figure out the TSB for the grabby brakes.

any particular service advisor to ask for at Villa?
