Picked up my Maverick - Extremely Happy!!! Miracle Ford Gets an A+ From Me!

I want to post an upbeat and positive thread. I picked up my Maverick on Saturday in Tennessee. I drove down to Miracle Ford in Gallatin from Cleveland, Ohio. Details about the truck are in my signature. I just want to say the this whole experience for me has been GREAT! Yes, I ordered the truck in January and had to wait until April until it was delivered. I know many of you have been waiting much longer. The truck itself is much better than I ever imagined. I placed an order without even seeing one close-up or taking a test drive as they simply aren't available in my area to do so. So, I took a huge chance. I am completely satisfied and was able to get familiar and enjoy my purchase for the 550+ mile journey home.

Now, as far as Miracle Ford goes........they treated with the utmost respect and honored my deal made in January without trying to add any market adjustments or ADM. I know for a fact that as soon as my truck was delivered and was posted to their website as inventory, they were inundated with requests from all over asking if the truck was available for sale. Probably many of them were from you! This was my first new vehicle purchase since 2007 and my first ever special order. I highly recommend Miracle Ford and their staff. Being from Ohio, I enjoy traveling south and being greeted by the southern hospitality that people have. Something that just doesn't exist in Northern Ohio.

Way to go FORD. You hit it out of the park with this one!!! Now, I'll enjoy my 15 minutes of fame until these beautiful trucks are over the place in a couple of years.

My first new vehicle since 1991. Then I purchased on the lot with no air conditioning, cruise. I had to put them in aftermarket and the Air conditioner made a high pitch squeal at 55 mpg. Luckily that S-10 died 5 yrs later. vowed never to buy a chevy since then. This time I purchased a truck the way I wanted it and the wait continues.

I wanted to also say that I was waffling on the tonneau cover so I thought I would contact my dealer to remove it so maybe I could get it a bit faster and order a hard fold-up one aftermarket. My dealer let me know that I cannot do that as I am too close to being scheduled. Yahoo! but, who's to say when the "close" is?

Congrats on your new truck. Glad your experience was good. I'm dreading mine, but I am hoping it will be good as well.

You have given hope to this ole January 18th XLT orderer! I got no lux items but did get FX4/4K. And I ordered from Granger so there is a long list. But thats what $3000 off gets ya.

Just curious why you ordered with a dealer in TN and not closer to you in OH?

Good dealers are few and far between, unfortunately.
