I know fuse #3 is only hot when key is on. Trying to power Dash Cam without hard wireing. Are any of the two cigarette lighters or USB PORTS cold when key is off? Fuse 1/2 is a micro 3 fuse that isn't used by the truck. It is on when the key is on.
