Ordered two Mavericks today. First dealer fell on their face, second was great.

We decided to order two Mavericks, one for me, and one for my college freshman son. I registered my interest on the Ford site Saturday night. We left for the dealership (Bill Dube Dover NH) just before noon, and on the way, I got a text from the rep and I called back to say we were on our way. He said to ask for Donna when we get there. We were met on the sidewalk by a guy who told us that, they didn't have paint samples, no printed materials, and no one was there that could help us figure out pricing or options. I asked about WBDO and he said Ford shuts it down on Sundays! As an enterprise-class web developer, I knew that must be BS. I pushed it and he finally said, we could come in and look at the computer. Once there, he logged into Ford.com and stepped back, and said we could look at the 2022 options. I pointed out that I'd already done that, and knew there were changes. He said he would have their guy call at 8:15 Monday morning.

We left and headed for Portsmouth Ford (Portsmouth NH). We were met by a great sales guy who walked us through the options, answered all our questions, and pulled out full-page paint samples for us to choose from. We ordered two identical XLT hybrids, except for the color. I got Hot Pepper Red Metallic Tinted Clearcoat, and my son got Atlas Blue Metallic.
