Order, production Timeline

Just curious. I placed a deposit on xlt hybrid with TriState Ford, Amarillo, on Oct 15. Spray in liner and tow package. Immediately got email acknowledgement of order. Nothing since then.
Called Ford customer service yesterday. Yep, they have order. No VIN, no production date and no general idea of timeline flow to production, even with all the experience now under their belt.
COVID is the new reality, I suppose

I ordered on October 7th in the Birmingham area of Alabama. Same exact thing here. Nobody can tell me any form of timeline- hasn’t been scheduled for production or anything. I ordered an XL hybrid with a few customizations.
