Just received my 4th email from FORD about my order being delayed because of "Supply Chain Challenges".
I have phone Ford Customer Relations (Melbourne, FL) 800-392 3673 once a week, since middle of March 2023.
That's when Customer Relations told me: "All parts to build my truck are in stock and the status of my truck is "Awaiting Scheduling".
However today, I found out about "Priority".
I phoned my sales person this morning and was told all orders from the dealership are Priority "10".
This afternoon, I discovered my dealer had assigned a priority "19" to my order.
Does anyone have a list or link that explains all about "priority"? Thanks.
