For something like this, I recommend calling or stopping by your dealership and verifying your PC...or, perhaps Ford's Customer Service agents would be able to tell you your PC and order status

you don’t want any errors. Never seen 28 before. Could be some type of dealer stock (not retail) maybe. And priority # is not determined by order date, just be dealer..
