Rule #4 - The listing must include an asking price. OBO (or best offer) is allowed but it must be accompanied by an asking price.

I just had these taken off yesterday (03/18). They have just under 4,500 (4,478) miles on them.

They come with everything: Tires, wheels, TPMS sensors, center caps, lug nuts.

Asking ~~$1,000~~ $900 OBO. Local pickup is in Gilroy, CA (south SF Bay Area).
