Back in Oct I had the Eibach lowering springs pro kit installed. After the install the front springs started making a popping/knocking sound while turning slowly, which got a little worse as weeks went on. After talking to Eibach about the issue, they said to check the orientation of the strut top perch and bottom perch. The shop I use said they change 1000's of springs and they always mark the orientation when they remove and install. So I can eliminate the wrong install procedure. Eibach had a new spring they just completed and they sent me the new ones (batch K/T). The one I had installed back in oct were the J/Y batch. The shop installed them a few days ago and they checked for anything unusual with the original install in Oct. They said no sign of rubbing anywhere, or anything else. Its been only a few days since the install and fingers crossed and no noise from them as of now. The first month is the key, to getting passed a potential knocking noise. Lets see what happens
