This is my first post. Bear with me. There must be hundreds of Maverick bed covers. I have 1,000 California miles on my 2023 Maverick. I do not worry much about security, and not at all about snow. I want to buy a bed cover, and I like what I can learn on like of the Gator SFX. Does anyone have opinions on this cover? Is there a better option for around $300?

I think Gator makes good covers and they're made in the USA with foreign materials.
Considered one but the heavy vinyl texture is hard to keep clean after a few years.
I took a chance with a Tyger T3 for $239 and very happy.

I recently ordered (and returned) the Gator SFX. I liked the fact that it was trifold and simple to install, but had large (scary) air pocket at highway speeds at front half of the bed, in spite of my following installation instructions and watching install video on Realtruck web site. Also leaked more than i expected and water pooled on the surface after rain. May have just gotten a bad one but didn't want to take a chance. I returned it and got a Tuxedo Truxport. Very little wind buffering at highway speeds and little to no leakage (only had on a few weeks). With sale price and Maverick Truck Club discount it was only about $20 more than SFX (approx. $300). Would have preferred a soft trifold but quit happy so far with the Truxport.

Good luck. Definitely reach out to Realtruck (phone or chat) to get a significant discount.

Thanks for the responses on my search for a bed cover. After spending $30,000 on my XLT, I could spend a little more than $300. I read the long review of different types from 2022. But almost too much information, and I have no experience with a bed cover so I don't really know what I want.
