By mistake I turned on the lane assist switch, and notice a strange, undocumented icon blinking on the dashboard. I was driving in a straight lane and noticed blinking icons showing my car making right turn, stopped the car and took picture. Sort of weird, I checked the manual, and Ford info online, no evidence that such icon exists, and what it means.

I had the same thought, but was driving centered on a straight lane. The icon slowly blinks white-green-white, and is always on when the Lane Assist is on.
