Need help looking up Order Number

Would anyone be able to look up my order number? I have asked my Dealer Prater Ford in Calhoun Georgia for a copy and my order information but they keep giving me the run around. I ordered on June 30th and paid my deposit. I also received my email conformation from Ford the same day. It's frustrating and I can't seem to be able to get help. I called the number someone listed on another post but the customer service rep could not give my number either. They saw the account I created on the Ford website but nothing else.

It’s on your DORA from your dealer, unfortunately. You’ll have to get them to send over your order sheet.

What can you do with it? I don't think the Dora order number will allow you to track the order or anything useful, unless I'm very mistaken?
