So I didn't like the way my Tonneau cover was clamping onto my bed, I actually broke one of the t-bolts trying to clamp it done and had to order a kit for $30 off amazon to get the single t-bolt I needed for replacement.
I started looking for a solution and found this bed rail clamp bracket on Thingiverse and it helped a lot, the cover seems secure and and tight and I feel I don't have to worry about bending the t-bolts with these.
My suggestion would be to bump the size up about 5-10% as it takes some squeezing to get them on the bed rails as is. I also would print them at 100% infill and use one of the stronger print patterns like triangle or hex.
