My XLT Hybird now in Production

My Maverick is now in Production when I went to the link from an old email from Ford just now…I am at a loss, for words. Well, other then seeing below on fb…which made me say what the heck no worries there as they are not even building my truck yet. Though said to myself… ’what the heck why not go check status’…once I unburied the many months old email thread yet again.

Strange world, my order was converted from a 22 to a 23 and order place back in 2022 at the cut off date for old 2022 orders (just fyi) so maybe there is hope for others waiting for their rides.

Was not able to change from Area 51 color, which I liked, to carbonized gray which I now realize won't show dirt near as much. Also was not able to get sunroof added. Not a big deal I feel.
Dealer says truck has been produced and on currently on Trim line. Would have been nice to have that hood film added but that is how it goes.

Maybe end of Feb or March should get from there to Central Florida area I am guessing. Just in time for my social security check to start

I am doubtful I got to be in the group that Ford sent the private offer to due to my not getting it changed over from a 2022 to a 2023 in a timely fashion. Bummer on that note. I know Ford has not sent me anything about it so guessing I am not in that group even though I, of course now, have a vin# assigned to the truck they built for me.

Call Ford customer service and see if you have a private offer. I didn’t receive an email, but rep confirmed my offers.

…baby blue has been built and due at dealer later next month.

Called Ford today, they have no record of my private offer even though Ford confirmed my original order on 11/15/21 ….hard to believe it was THAT long ago lol.

Then at a later date I changed from an XL to a XLT (would have to see if it keep my original order number). Then later dealer sent me papers to roll over order from a 2022 to a 2023 though don’t know if that change got precessed by some Ford set ‘cut off’ date for getting it into their system. For it to allow one to get/retain their Private Offer..

Doubt I will get the private offer, when all is said and done but guess one can hope.

Ford indicated I needed to get with my Dealer Inventory Specialist (she is back 1/2/23) though not a clue what that person can do to assist. As a customer it just seems we have more questions then answers.
