Some of you may hate me for this, however judging by alot of your posts I seem to of gotten extremely lucky.
I was looking for a new vehicle and the used vehicle market right now is pretty horrendous, not really going to find much in the 30K price range newer then a 2016 and with well over 100,000km on it. Then 5 days ago I discovered the maverick. It checked all my boxes and I couldn't believe the pricing for a brand new one! not much more then those well used aged trucks. No brainer, I should go check one out. I had no idea they were in such short supply, there were only 6 listed on the ford websie as being at dealerships, as I called them 1 by one they told me they were not for sale, just for test drives and people to check out and that I would have to order one and wait till likely 2023..........shucks so stubburn me extended my search to small towns in the area and I see there is one on a lot 130km away, I call them, sure enough it had just gotten off the truck and they just listed it and it was available!!!!! Also in the carbonized grey which is what I wanted, next day went out drove it and boom pulled the trigger and off I go today after work to pick up my new ride!
