Muslogy Mud Flaps compatible with Mabett Fender Flares?

I installed the Mabett fender flares. Now I would like to add the Muslogy mud flaps and was wondering if there is any issue's with installing them when you have the Mabett fender flares ? Looks like they might mount right over the fender flares but want to make sure, Does anyone have this combination ?

Hopefully someone answers, I’d like to know as well. I have the mud flaps but am thinking about the fender flares.
