Hey all, purchased a forgotten 22 Mav XLT 4kT off the lot love it - I put an order in when I picked it up for a '23 and today got the notice that its onsite at the dealer, two weeks early. Window sticker is $32k, my current finance amount left is $22k, financed $30k. Carvana and Vroom offer $24-26k on Sale, I'm imagining I can talk the dealer into a bit more for the trade-in, plus the few aftermarket items I've added on. Hoping to clear $28k on trade-in, leave $6k towards down payment and finance the remaining $26k...
Just looking to hear from the forum - the less holier-than-thou members at least, everyone else is cool - to see what the cut off in trade-in value would be for y'all -personally - to make the half-step to the '23. I do have a '24 Lariat, Bells n Whistle trim, on order for next year - have doubts on valuations being any better next year or being able to (again) roll over the '23 into a trade-in when the '24 is available. Okay, let 'er rip. window stickers for both attached, I meet with the sales consult tomorrow to view the truck on lot.
