Motorola M1A Stopped working

I have an M1A that has been working for months now. I loved it. Until a week or so ago when I was driving it just suddenly disconnected. It would then get into a loop where it would connect, then as soon as andriod auto came up it would disconnect.
I did a factory reset of the device but I still can not get it to work.
I plugged in the M1A from my wifes car and I can't get it to work in the Mav either. Eventually a popup comes up and says that the usb device is not supported.

Hmm, I have not had that problem. Are both MA1's still working if you use them in your wife's car?

Try deleting your phone from the list of bluetooth devices in the truck. Do the same in the phone. Then, re-pair the truck and your phone.

If that doesn't work, reboot your infotainment system and reboot your phone.
