So I just got my bakflip mx4 tonneau cover installed. Decided to install a LED light strip. Left it on by accident when I was testing it when I closed the tailgate. Noticed light getting through one corner. All be damned. Loosened up the tonneau cover and re-adjusted. No more light getting through the tailgate.

How did you seal the gaps where the tailgate meets the bedsides?

How did you seal the gaps where the tailgate meets the bedsides?

My mx4 cover has adjustment knobs I can loosen and adjust the cover back and forth so it goes slightly over the tailgate.

the second pic I would not seal that off if you have fuel can's for ventilation (that part is not sealed but top is) Especially if you get 40c (120F?) summers like we get now.
