Mabett Seat Covers Rear Back Rest Looseness Fix

Long title not sure if it has already been posted but for the Mabett seat covers the rear back rest cover is just held by velcro which does not work well and it makes it move around too much when sitting on the back.

I had some strap and buckle kit laying around from another project that I bought from Amazon I think it the $10 mark.

Anyways here it is if anyone else was having this issue especially if you use the bottom compartment a lot like I do, it was eventually making the back rest cover loose as I believe the material used for the backing is not velcro friendly
