I have 7500 miles on my truck, love every minute of it. For those of you still waiting, I know you don’t want to hear it, but hang in there, it’s so worth it.

EcoBoost

CG, FX4, Lux and Moon Roof

I have only done a few mods, so here is a quick rundown:

Prices are approximate

Tonneau cover from Ford: $435.00 (used Fordpass points)

Hood Protector from Ford: $ 79.00 (used Fordpass points)

Tailgate lettering from Ebay $ 30.00

Engine cover from Ford: $ 110.00 (used my last 20 dollars worth of points)

I really like the engine cover, gives the engine compartment a finished look, and does reduce engine noise noticeably.

I especially like the tailgate lettering and have been looking around to get some. My Maverick is dark Alto Blue Metallic so I considered Ford's stainless steel letters, but the cost is a bit much ($79, plus optional $50 for installing). I found some raised chrome on Amazon for $30 through the BDTrims store, but was unsure if I should order them or pay extra to get the stainless steel. Yours looks great. Do you know what store you ordered from on eBay? Maybe I'll check those out, too.

I'm happy with the Ford letters.

I got the Amazon.com: BDTrims Tailgate Raised Letters Compatible with 2022 Ford Maverick (Glossy Black) : Everything Else letters from Amazon. Not the Chrome, but the black. Very easy to install (the E takes special care due to the skinniness of the arms). Had it done it 10 minutes. No reason to pay someone $50. My opinion of BDTrims is that they're a great option.
