Got this email today. Found it pretty funny.

Fyi, I have visited my Ford dealer(2 of them) about the deep sleep issues. They tested my battery and told me it was good, could not tell me why the truck kept going into deep sleep.

I've already replaced the battery myself after 11 months with a die hard gold, and it started doing the same thing after another 11 months.

Hopefully whatever the software fix is they're coming up with actually works. For now, trickle charging it every few months seems to work.

I think you'd want to check your battery before it's at a "no charge" state.

I originally replaced my 6 week battery that completed died witht the same battery you did. It lasted 8 weeks and completely died. Then I found out about getting an AGM battery. No dead battery since May 2024. Yes, some sleep messages, but they go away. Happy with no dead battery issues now.

I've never had the dead battery, just the Deep Sleep issue.
