Alright, hey hey, My new Mav XLT 4x4 & tow pkg. arrives in 2 weeks I’ve been lurking on the forum for a few months and finally registered. I wanted to get a canopy - looked at the ARE which imo looks best… but it is a bit pricey, with windoors and roof racks.. maybe down the line. After seeing a few threads on the Truxedo sentry cover plus the elevate rack combo I think I’m sold, never considered this set up but I think it will work fine. I’ll be using this for work and the bed size aligns with what I usually carry + ladders(not a lot) on top. About to pull the pin through AutoEQ … any advice would be welcome. Looking forward to the whole adventure - drove vans for years, 1st pickup truck

Im still waiting on my Tremor and need a cap for my dogs. I may be ending up in a ARE although I would love a GFC but cant afford it. If you are willing to forgo the hard topper another option is the Softopper canopy. I tried to talk my wife into but she isnt sure. It should be compatible some rack setups aswell.
