Less than 3 weeks from "built" to "able to pick it up"

Good for you. Meanwhile, I'm heading into the sixth week of my Mav sitting in "built" status but still hasn't even started the shipping process!

I don't know why this is the case some times. Sales Manager cautioned us on when they would get it since the wait from shipped to at dealership was 2 months in some cases, especially Bronco's.

Thanks! We really like white, but wanted it to not look too "work truckey". We pick it up tomorrow (Friday) late afternoon and over the weekend the tonneau will go on, and the Rockblox guards (black with red logo) and Monday am get undercoated at Ziebart and Monday late afternoon it will receive General Grabber 235 65 raised white letter tires in place of 225 65's. Then my wife will probably want to keep it parked in the garage and just look at it!!!

Mine A51 XLT is due later this month. Can't wait. I bought some minor mods and going to get a tonneau off of the marketplace here. Good luck with it, I hope it is as good as people are saying it is.

Does your Ford Vehicle Order Tracking actually have a date at the "built"? If not, it could be "mostly built" and needs something they don't have yet?

Yes - built date of 8/30. Good news is that I got the email the morning that it has finally shipped!

YES!!! Your dealership can give you the number of the rail car it is on for you to track its progress. Thanks to bbhaag we have this:

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

I"m hopng mine comes that quickly!! Built 9/23/22, on the way to dealer in Ohio and estimated delivery period between 10/25 t0 10/30! {Ordered 7/16/21} XLT Hybrid lux. pkg.

Mine took about 3 weeks from built to arrival in northern Ohio.

Tonneau is on. Raised white letter tires are on. Ziebart Ceramic Z-gloss and rust protection done. When I have time to get the rest of the blue stuff that was on the letters off the tires and have my RocBlokz on, I shall post pics!
