What are the specs on the platform? Is it just three 2x4s under a sheet of ply wood? I’m looking to build the same set up. Thanks

Yes, I got Birch wood since plywood rarely comes perfectly flat. It is the width of the tailgate so I can take it out easily as needed. I just added a six inch side piece on both sides to keep it in place.
