Yep, that's the one, except my model has a USB Mini or Micro-B port rather than USB-C. I've checked my purchase history and it looks like it's no longer available.

It's been working reliably but I do have the occasional moment when it seemingly won't power up. Is that the issue you're seeing? I'm wondering if an inline power regulator would help but I'm not really willing to throw more money at this until it becomes problematic.

I ended up going with this guy, and it's working really well. What is pictured is what came in the box, unlike the other one I purchased from the video. Right now I'm using the metal ring that comes with it to suspend it magnetically, but it doesn't seem to endure sharp turns, so I will go the 3M route to secure it. It's not the fastest charger, but I can at least gain a few percent while simultaneously navigating and playing a podcast on YouTube via wireless Android Auto.
