HELP! —BODY CODE ERROR ON TREMOR ORDER

My dealer is trying to submit my Tremor order but says the system will not let them submit it. They keep getting a body code error.
I’m hoping @fordvideoguy or someone else from a dealer can help tell us how the truck must be configured to get the system to accept the order.
