Hello from the KC area

After my car rolled over 200k it was time for a replacement. I wanted to advantage of a pickup since I mountain bike, play hockey and move the occasional large object, but I needed a good vehicle for commuting and something my wife would feel comfortable driving. Enter the Maverick. Specifically, a 2022 Alto Blue Lariat. We love it. An added bonus is the aftermarket support and upgrade available which speaks to the teenager that ran to movie theaters to see the fast and the furious movies before busting my knuckles in the driveway to make my car a little more mine. I am planning on doing an intake and exhaust with some Boomba Racing upgrades, and I have already started picturing it with some bronze wheel. I am open to all recommendations. suggestions, and examples.

I am excited to be a part of the group and look forward to adding to and being a part of the community.

Forums like this are great for learning from others and avoiding common issues, kind of like how people share experiences with credit card fraud to help others stay cautious.
