I just wanted to pass on a positive experience with Karl Klement Ford, and their Fleet Manager Michael Buckwheat. I called them about a custom order on their site, not expecting it to be available. Mike was able to confirm that whoever ordered it originally wasn't picking it up, and agreed to hold it for me until I was able to see it that night.
I wasn't seriously looking, but this truck just happened to have all the things I would have custom ordered, down to the paint color and upgraded wheels. I did pay 2k over MSRP, but I'm ok with that seeing as I got $1500 more for my trade-in beater than I expected to. The entire process was painless, and Mike was very pleasant to deal with.
I would buy here again and recommend anyone in the area give them a try.
