I thought we all knew this? Chips is just a general term. There will be no way a dealer could install a microchip, usually they are installed by robots and with very level of detail.

I thought we all knew this? Chips is just a general term. There will be no way a dealer could install a microchip, usually they are installed by robots and with very level of detail.
Since not everyone knows the manufacturing process and where modules are made I found this informative. All we hear is chips, chips, chips. Nothing about modules and that they are made in a specialized factory and that the factory is waiting on chips. Not the assembly plants.
