Front Bumper Dimensions?

Can someone provide dimensions for the part of the bumper that is shown? I'm thinking about offsetting my front license plate like this and wanted to see what I can do there...

I would think you need to know what's behind it rather than the dimensions in order to secure an offset license plate. Take a tape measure for dimensions.
