This means every Ford dealer will need to sign a NEW dealer agreement and adhere or drop the line from their portfolio of stores.

For those unfamiliar with manufacturer internal workings, the manufacturer can change the agreement/contract in order to insure high customer service and satisfaction.

With Ford ranking below average in J.D. Power 2022 Customer Satisfaction Index, they are making adjustments to insure an increase, as it is their right under the current dealer agreement.
