So I paid over $600 in labor to have my dealer install front/rear springs- Ford Pass doesnt give out points unless there is associated Ford paid for parts on the same invoice ? Weak-sauce- Ok rant over. Thx

Yeah there is some weirdness going on with use of FordPass points. I have some oddities in my service record of ?? ??? Labeled zero charges and a payment for services covered by warranty that was in the amount of FordPass points used for an oil change that didn’t appear in my service record. But does show in my oil change meter.
I hope they actually did charge my oil they didn’t fill my washer fluid or add air to my tires as expected.

Next time pull your dipstick and wipe it on a paper towel before the change. Then afterwards do the same thing on the same paper towel. You will be able to tell instantly.
