Ford order tracker down or something worse?

The other day, the tracker showed my truck “in production” and now when I checked it to show my wife it said “please enter a valid order number/vin. Any ideas on how this would happen? A computer issue or did my order go away?

The tracker goes down all the time. It did for my '23 order. If you are worried hit the chat on Ford.com and talk to them.

Happened to me today also. My truck had been in "Shipping", for about 6 weeks. What an adventure.....

Happened to mine, still in production, this morning. Back to normal after a couple of hours.

Thanks I feel better now. I have to admit I've owned 22 vehicles in my life and I've never been as excited about any of them as I am about this one.

3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
