Ford email question

Anyone have there Maverick arrive at dealer without email from Ford stating truck is built and delivered. My dealer is useless when it comes to any info.
On the tracker site I’ve been in production for bout two weeks

I was in Production for almost a month before receiving an email my Maverick was Built.

similar situation....trying to figure out what state my build is in, in production since 2/18 but modules are active, sticker date at bottom of window sticker 2/19 hasnt changed since 2/19....asked dealer the other day for VVR, and he gave me some info that didnt even seem to match my build date info, none the less he didnt show me a VVR. im going in today with all my info to see whats up.

my dealer tried to tell me the same thing essentially....wth is up with dealers that act like they dont know how to do this stuff? do they think we are stupid? I think that most customers just sit quietly and listen to everything they are told without questioning.

I was in production for 3 weeks or so, then shipping for about a month, which felt like 3 months! Then dealership called and said it had arrived! I figure I will get an email from Ford saying it has arrived at the dealer..... in a week or so!
For all the bitching I see about dealers.... and some of it is true..... my dealer (Sam Leman Ford) did all that they could do to make me happy. I paid no additional markup, got a good price for my trade, and generally felt like I had been treated as if I was a real customer.
After all, the dealers have to make a living too. It is in their best interest to make us happy if they can.

it seems to me that most people are frustrated with an abundance of dealers on their heels, rather than on their toes regarding/dealing with the maverick conundrum. it makes me wonder if its their way of trying to dodge customers that are beginning to get upset with the whole process maybe????
