Anyone else having issues with Ford Credit??
Asking, because I got a letter today, stating last months payment was
NOT recieved, and they were adding an extra $15 onto it.
Well, I checked bank transactions to June.
Shows payments made every month, ahead of scheduled due date!!

Even have online statement from Ford Credit, showing NO payment due this month.
But, will be paying my normal anyway!

Printed out a letter I plan to send back, stating the fee was considered Null and Void, since i have
proof of payment made. Printed copies and will be sending those as well.
Might check with Bank, see if I can pay off balance due, so I do NOT have to deal with the problems with Ford Credit!!
Then, all I have to deal with, is the bank instead. Much easier.

Oh man - I’m sure that’s not the excitement you had in store for the day. I use Ford Credit as well-have not encountered any issues thus far but it did make me jump into my account pretty quickly after seeing your post!

Best of luck for a quick resolution…

I had several similar issues with Ford Credit in the past when I bought my 2017 Ford Fusion Sport. I’ll never use Ford Credit again.

Update:

Sent another message to Ford Credit, plus my letter and backing information to the CO Springs address on intial letter. Got the following today:

Good Morning,
We apologize for any confusion about scheduling payments, and for the pre-generated statement that was automatically mailed. These statements are generated as "friendly reminders" of a past due payment, but may not reflect current activity or corrections.
You may disregard the statement indicating you are past due.
We have corrected the principal-only payments you had made via Account Manager, thus placing them on the payment ledger to advance the due date accordingly. * The late charges were automatically reversed off of your account with the back-dating of your payments.

Therefore, the next installment is due 11/28/2022 in the amount of $147.13.

Looks like situation clear, at least for the time being. Will still make monthly payments, even though they state I don't owe until November!
